Chicken <br />1 tsp. Ginger and garlic paste each <br />2 tsp. White pepper powder <br />1 cup Cream <br />5 green chillies, finely chopped <br />1 large onion, finely chopped <br />2½ cups of milk <br />1 tsp. Green cardamom powder <br />1 tbsp. Ginger, finely chopped <br />¼ cup Coriander, finely chopped <br />½ tsp. Dry ginger powder <br />1 tsp. Kasuri methi <br />2 tsp. Garam masala powder <br />A pinch of saffron <br />2 tbsp. Almonds, soaked, peeled and sliced <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />For the garam masala, roast and grind:- <br />1 black cardamom <br />6 green cardamom <br />1 mace <br />2 tsp cumin seeds <br />5 cloves <br />1” cinnamon <br />5 peppercorns <br />6-7 dried rose petals <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />1. Marinate the chicken with the ginger, garlic paste and white pepper powder for 1 hour. <br />2. Heat a pan and add the cream, onions, green chillies and cook until the onions are soft. <br />3. Add the milk and the marinated chicken and mix well. <br />4. Add green cardamom powder, chopped ginger, dry ginger powder, coriander leaves, kasuri methi, garam masala and a pinch of saffron and let it simmer. <br />5.
